Adaptricity AG and Secure Meters Ltd. will be taking a joint path in the future. The two companies, which are active in the field of sustainable electricity infrastructure, have signed a corresponding purchase agreement after all existing Adaptricity shareholders had previously approved the transfer of their shares to the new owner Secure Meters Ltd. For Adaptricity's customers, everything will remain the same as before. The business activities will continue unchanged and there will also be no changes to the responsible contact persons. With this merger, Adaptricity gains a strong partner at its side. We look forward to being able to develop new products and markets even more efficiently and strengthened in the future, as well as to react more flexibly to customer requirements.
Secure Meters Ltd. is headquartered in India and has around 7000 employees. It is internationally active in Bangladesh, Great Britain, Australia, Sweden, Italy, the Middle East and now also in Switzerland.
